Behind the Success with Field Director Anne Locke

This informative Q&A session with Field Director Anne Locke is sure to encourage and motivate any UnFranchise® Owner. Get ready to be inspired!

PL: List the three most important qualities that lead to success.

AL: Passion, persistence, and the right attitude.

PL: What is your formula for building a strong and stable organization?

AL: It is important to educate good leaders and help them to achieve their goals. It is important that they are trained well so that they duplicate you and duplicate themselves in their organizations. You have to help and make sure that your leaders (those who want to build the business seriously) are earning a decent income. Make sure your 001 is stable and that each side has at least four leaders earning a decent income.

PL: How have you filled your bean jar with prospects?

AL: I consider everyone I meet—who is not happy with what they have in life or their financial situation or their lifestyle—as prospects for the UnFranchise Business.

PL: What has this unbelievable business model given you that you didn’t have before?

AL: This model has revolutionized my husband’s and my retirement. My husband and I are now able to retire without having to worry about finances. We can take multiple holidays and now have more choices and options in life. This business model has created time freedom as well as financial freedom.  We now have more financial resource to be able to support various charities and help our children with their home loans. With the ongoing income, I can take more risk to invest in other areas.

PL: How important is it to attend the various events in the NMTSS?

AL: It is very important to attend NMTSS events as it creates synergy, teamwork and momentum to build your business. It’s where other cross group leaders, apart from your own team, can all come together as ONE TEAM, ONE DREAM. It is a where speakers can teach you how to be successful. If you aren’t there, you can’t ask your team to be there. They do what you do and not just what you say. NMTSS is the source of obtaining ongoing income because everyone can get trained by NMTSS, leverage the system and duplicate.

PL: What tool has been invaluable to your success?

AL: The Annual Report (showing a stable, generous and profitable company), the Profiles of Success (being a great source of inspiration) and JR’s Basic 5 audios, which I listen to over and over again.

PL: How has the UnFranchise Business helped you reach your life goals?

AL: It has helped me to dream bigger. I dream that one day I can have my own charity foundation. I dream that I can pass on my legacy to my children and the generations to come. I can imagine that my business will continue to expand so that it can impact and inspire more people, and that my children will be able to do better than me in life and in the business.

PL: What is your favorite new tool for building your business through technology?

AL: I love using Skype technology to build and grow my business. I can show the plan over Skype with people who are overseas or out of state or even when I am on holidays. If my business partners have any questions, we are able to communicate through Skype anytime and anywhere in the world.

PL: How has the NMTSS helped you achieve success?

AL: NMTSS has helped me train my team to be successful. As I am only one person and have limited skills; there are areas where the trainers in NMTSS are better at teaching my team than I am.

PL: What is the number one piece of advice you’d give to someone just starting out?

AL: This is not a get-rich- quick scheme. Make sure you stick with the business long enough to be successful. Be patient. Just follow the system, and you will get there. It’s just like if you have a seed, you need to continue to water, look after it and wait for it to grow so that it can bear fruit for the many years to come.
