Both companies will continue to operate in their respective headquarters; MarketAmerica.com in Greensboro, NC and Shop.com in Monterey and Pasadena, CA as well as in London, UK. Expect the deal to close by year-end 2010.

I know we have a MA gift card for MA partners, but I wish we had one that we could use for all stores in our portals, we could use for all occasions. I could get all my family members and friends a MA gift card and they could use at Walmart, JC Penny or MA products.
