The new Market America homepage is now live! The newly redesigned homepage adds in a number of notable enhancements that should make searching, shopping and earning cashback with Market America even easier.

I definitely like how much cleaner it is. My one suggestion is to create a drop down menu or search box JUST for partner stores so that people can easily get to whatever partner store they want to see that we have and what cashback amount they offer.

Portal looks great, however I would make the font larger for “top selling products”, “some of our brands” and “shop from these partners and earn up to 35% cashback”, also instead of putting some of our brands how about “Exclusive Brands” it sounds better! One other thing where we sign in as preferred customers is very small and almost goes un-noticed can we do something with that?

Here is my feedback on the new revised portal. When I tell my family and friends about shopping on my site, I tell them they can shop at the popular branded stores they always have enjoyed shopping at…but now they can get paid just by making MA.com their home page and registering as a PC. I don’t believe we should have TOP 10 PRODUCTS under our rolling banner. We should put our PARTNER BRANDED links under our MA rolling banner…and TOP TEN UNDER there. Lets give our customers what they want….bravo
were is the home link to go back to home?
The new homepage of the website would not load properly. It was all scrambled. Navigation seemed to work only after I click through a couple sections. Still needs some work.
Updated site looks great. Easier to use.
Would love to have the mobile version capable to linking back to the main site. Many mobile devices these days do NOT need a special version of the site as the browsers on these devices get better and better.
Please consider the ability, from the mobile site, to “Go to Full Site” and have it go and stay there.
Also, we appear to be missing the link back to the back office.
ONCE YOU SIGN IN TO YOUR PORTAL THERE IS NO WAY TO SIGN OUT WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED.
It’s great, easy to find everything,don’t need to scroll down to find “unfranchise business login” button. All the partner stores, branded stores are easy to find. It’s great improvement.
WOW! This is fantastic. The new layout is very well organized. It looks clean and neat and everything is so easy to find. Maybe it’s just the new layout, but even the colors look more vibrant and the ads more inviting. Thanks for all the hard work MA Team. You did it again! That #1 position is definitely in sight.
NOW, I am much more willing to promote the site with the customers that have indicated that the shopping experience was cumbersome in the past. This is sooooo much better for our customers and ourselves!! Thank you.
The site is a huge improvement. I love how clean it looks, and it is alot easier to see our MA branded products. I do wish there was a search engine for just MA products to pull up, but at least its easier to find our products with the new tab. Overall I like it 100% better!
Significant improvement but I miss the Home function

My home page was customized before the recent change. I am already signed in when I open the page. When I go to find my customized weblinks at the bottom of the page, they are not there. The “customize” link is. So, I click on it and have to sign in, again, and then save the links, then they show up. This did not happen before the “change” Too many steps to get back to where I want to be.
I like the new look. The page is otherwise very navigable

Nadya’s comment is a good one regarding searching for Partners – that’s one of the top customer issues that come up. I know you are listening and planning… Thank you!
I really like the new look. One suggestion would be to not display the prices until after the customer clicks on the item. Once they click on the item they see the benefits of the product listed and it may help with price justification. Some who are not educated on Isotonix may base their decision on price alone without looking further.

love it except for one thing … unless I was just missing it, I had difficulty getting back to the “Home” page. Had to go into “My Account” and then there was a “Home” button. Otherwise great.
disregard my earlier comment. The Home button is as clear as day to me now. Don’t know why I didn’t see it yesterday. Great Job!

I, too, had a hard time finding the sign in to the Unfranchise.com and it was right in front of my nose..LOL! It’s in red at the top and to the left on the Home page.
I really love the clean-ness of the site..i had some difficulty finding where “home” was..had to call a business partner to figure it out. also, I lost my personal settings and will have to re-set.
HELP! Is there a way to stay signed in as a PC??? I have had to relog in every time I have closed the internet and then opened it again. The website is my home page. It’s a real pain to have to log in every time. I don’t think customers would consider this convenient.
Please let me know how to stay logged in so I can pass it on.

OMGosh! I love Love LOVE the redesigned site! it’s awesome! I didn’t think the new look would be revealed so soon – I thought it would be closer to convention. SOOOOOO glad it’s out now! I do have a suggestion: for those of us who use and promote the Personal Links section, it would be more convenient to have those at the top of the page instead of at the bottom.
With this redesign, I CAN’T WAIT for the redesigned back office!! (for the person who couldn’t find unfranchise.com link, it’s in red just under the MA logo at the top)

Great job! MUCH cleaner and quicker! I love the information that’s available on the new footer.
The site still lacks a bit of pizazz to really draw people in, in my opinion, but the functionality is greatly improved.
One suggestion I’ve always had is that I’d like to be able to choose my own price ranges when I search for products, rather than be stuck with the suggested ones. Is that a possibility?

There should also be a link off of the main page for MA Capital Resources, like on the old page. Having to sign in or access it from the back office only, is an extra inconvenient step as an agent.

For example, instead of having to go to Partner Stores, then scroll down, find the T page, scroll down “T” page.
It would appear in a drop down:

Under that a list of stores:

I really love the new design. I do know now that the logo is the home button but concerned and am guessing my customers will not. Did you check this out with non tech heads?
My biggest suggestion is with the login confusion.
My portal is my home page and sometimes (not sure why) it opens without being logged in yet it displays WELCOME MARK HANSEN…. One then assumes one is logged in. I made several purchases before discovering I was not. I am concerned my customers will not get their cash back for the same reason. Is there a fix in the works for this? Thank you for the great work.
Thanks for the wonderful updates. Big improvement – not as confusing & easier to find MA products! Our products were getting lost before – I am pleased that I can do a search for “skin care” and have ALL our products displayed FIRST before our partner store’s products!
For recommendations, I would like the drop down menu to list categories ie: vitamins, cosmetics, etc rather than Motives, Isotonix, etc.- it is easier for a new customer to understand. On the homepage, I would like the Ma paragraph on the bottom of the page moved to the top with a quick mention of the Cashback program to grab the customer’s attention. Also, put a “home” page button on top, change the button “Our Brands ” to “Ma Brands” & make the “sign in” tab larger/more visable.
Love it!!!!! It is a nice clean presentation. Have had a few customers confused by no “sign out”. When they go the page, it already says welcome with their name, but they are not signed in until they click the “sign in” and re-enter their info. They have to go to the “not(NAME?)” in upper right to sign out. Before the changes, when they came to the web portal and their name was showing with the welcome, they knew they were already signed in and there was a “sign out”
It is easy to explain and fix and I love the change, just need to educate our customers. Maybe we can provide them with a separate place to “sign out” Keep up the great work1!!

AWESOME!! Love the new de-cluttered homepage and it is very easy to navigate. It isgreat being associated with progressive thinkers and doers. Maybe, next we will be able to have payroll deposits. Thanks for all our hard work, Anita

Love the new look. Under the more services tab, there isn’t an easy way to get back to “home”, i.e. directions, news.

I would like to see a HOME button…unless I just missed it.
Also, I like a SHOP PARTNERS tab vs. a PARTNER STORES tab. The former is more suggestive in my experience.
When I see PARTNER STORES I just think…oh that’s nice “they have some partners”. SHOP PARTNERS “tells me what to do”.

Suggestion; Add back in a link to the Home page (not clciking on the USA link which is not obvious to all)& a link to the business plan
The new format is much cleaner and easier to navigate. My customers refused to order online before because they couldn’t find our MA products amongst all the clutter and partner companies. It looked like every other confusing web portal. the Market America Brand was getting lost. It was difficult for me to explain how to find our products. I am a professional designer, I am glad to see this step in the right direction. LH

Nice, clean and easy to use the drop downs. Unless I missed it somewhere, the only thing I miss is some place to hit “home” and get back to the front page. I am still looking around and getting a feel, but so far so good, except for the home button.

As an IT professional for over 40 years, I can see the portal evolving from “okay” to “fantastic.” It looks great and the functionality behind it is even better! Great job!
I love the new look and how easy it is to see our MA products now. The only thing I don’t see and use a lot is the Home tab to get back to the main home page look. the home tab comes up on some pages but not all. Nice new look!

My comment is this: why do we continually have to SIGN IN every time we log onto our portal. I am frustrated doing that and I believe our Perferred Customers will be as well. We didn’t have to do that in the past…can you fix that????

Lovely! We really like the new layout. We do miss a “home” button so that we don’t have to go back through our pages to get to the home page again.
The site is good. A few faults that I found were that I don’t see a “Home” button.
I don’t like the Personal links. You have to go into Customize in order to view them.
Why do you have to keep re-entering your PC info every time you enter the site to see you mail, even though it has you logged in with your name.
I wondered about the “sign in” feature. I have to sign in all the time now even though my customer name is there which normally means that I’m signed in. Is there another step that the computer department still needs to do as part of updating the portal? Thanks for all you do!
I noticed the change right away. I plan to check out the new design further but at first glance feel that the product pictures get lost on the very white background, in particular the Isotonix. Thank you for looking to improve the features, I’m sure they will be very well received.

The portal continues to get more user-friendly. From my experience in business, trying to be everything to everyone usually creates dysfunction, confusion, and gridlock. However, while MA continues to add more products, services, stores, and complexity…somehow…the portal keeps getting simpler. Call it Simplexity I guess.

I too noticed there was no “home” button. To go back to the homepage you can just click on the marketamerica logo on the top left and it will take you back to “home.”
I love the new layout of the Shop Partners page! It’s so much easier to find the partner store you’re looking for. Keep up the good work! You guys rock!
FANTATISTIC improvements to our Market America web portals! I particularly appreciate the link to our UnFranchise Business site at the very top – at our figure tips! The pages seem to load faster and the pages aren’t so long that you have to scroll down alot. (Except when you get the listings of the partner stores – that seems to load faster too.) The LOOK IS GREAT!

How are we supposed to get back to the homepage of the portal when we leave it to shop or go to the business mgnt side, etc??

I love the new web portal but one very basic thing is missing. You have the SIGN IN designation at the upper right hand corner to sign in but no SIGN OUT designation.
That is a fairly basic thing every website should have.
I have heard this from several other folks also.

Nice new layout and definitely faster. To get “Home” all you need to do is click the “Market America” logo in the upper left, just like with Amazon. They don’t have a Home tab either – we were all so used to it but it’s unneccesary. Also, it no longer remembers your logged on status, so you need to log on each time you use the Portal. They probably did that for security reasons. Any major online retailer (Amazon, etc.) will require you to Sign in when you shop with them.
The new Partner Store page is cool but I miss having all the store logos and descriptions in the listing. Now, I have to click on each and every partner store to see their description, then go back to the main listing and wait for it to populate. I think a checkbox that says “Show descriptions” would be great, even though it would take much longer to load the page. The ability to sort by IBV and Cashback is great, but the missing descriptions make it very tough to know what each store sells unless the name of the company makes it obvious.
The new face of the portal does a great job showcasing MA products and the partner stores. However, I do miss having my personal links right there, and having to take the extra step to log in each time. I like that the Unfranchise Business link is at the top. I miss having access to MA Science on the Homepage. Several of my PC’s were wondering where to access it.
I would like to see the sign out feature to return. Respectfully,thank for continuing to make our portal better.

Last night in the ma search bar I typed in Vitamin D and no Isotonix Vitamin D appeared. However, tonight in the same search appeared immediately.
I see the partner store page…partner store logo’s appear real fuzzy and are not crisp and clear…diminishes professionalism.

I like the redesign of our web portal a lot, but I don’t know where is “about MA” which shows the “opportunity” the business plan in power point form (same as flip chart but it’s convenient on the web), also the Mandarin “Unfranchise Business plan” is missing Are they hidden somewhere that I don’t know?

The site looks great! But when you go to “Gift Ideas”, I would love to see actual gift sets (maybe even partner gift sets) we offer rather than just gift certificates. It would be great to have some gift sets reasonably priced for teachers, friends, etc. especially with the holidays coming up. Thanks!
Love the improved look. However, it is very misleading to be greeted. Looks like we are signed in when we are not. Need to do something about that. Also, never knew a “Home” button would be missed so much!! Sometimes the tiny word ‘Home’ in the top left corner just below the blue ribbon doesn’t work. But thanks for the efforts. MA continues to push forward and we appreciate your hard work.
Love the new web portal design! I think it’s awesome that the associated coupon codes show up when you shop by partner stores! You no longer have to look up the codes separate to save money!( I think it’s all the partner stores that have discounts associated with them ….). It’s very handy to have our unfranchise log-in at the top too! The only thing I don’t like is I have to log in every time under”customize personal links” to get my links to show up on sidebar(bottom) – very inconvenient. Everything else is awesome!!!!!!!!
I agree with Teresa Thompson. The sign in feature keeps the web page from being a good home page, where it should be easy to get to necessary links. Please fix this. I love the rest
