Prize:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to received one (1) ma® Gift Card (value: $100) and a 30 minute phone call from a Blitz Tour speaker, courtesy of Market America, Inc. (the “Prize”)! Costs of shipping the Prize to the winner will be paid by Market America, Inc. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Rules and Qualifications

1. Applicants must have attended one (1) stop on the 2011 ma® Blitz Tour
2. Applicants must reside in one of the 50 United States or Canada and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Market America employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
4. Market America Independent Distributors who meet all other
qualifications are eligible to participate unless they are currently involved in Market America’s corrective action process.
5. Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.
6. Entries may be submitted from 12:01 am EST on April 9, 2011 through 11:59 pm EST on May 6, 2011.
7. Entries that do not meet all rules and qualifications will be disqualified.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter.
9. The winner will be chosen through a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
10. The winner will be notified via email.
11. The winner must respond by 5:00 pm EST on May 8, 2011 to claim their Prize. If the winner doesn’t respond via email by the above deadline, another winner will be chosen.
12. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
