We’re hiring! Market America is looking to hire an experienced Sourcing Specialist with beauty products experience.

The Sourcing Specialist works collaboratively and proactively to identify sourcing and contract opportunities Domestically and Globally. This position requires individual sourcing, procurement and negotiation skills in the beauty care (cosmetics, skin, hair and personal care) industry. This person also assists in contract implementation, along with supplier and vendor reviews for assigned contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience dealing with overseas beauty vendors and suppliers.
  • Experience and exposure to supply chain concepts and methodologies and manufacturing.
  • Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend opportunities.
